Our Privacy Policy in a nutshell:

It is our firm policy not to share any client's personal information with any other person or organization unless permission has been expressly given.

With respect to security: 
We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving client data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

For those needing more reassurance:

The information that we collect is to keep in touch with our clients, as well as inform them of new services. We require our clients to maintain contact information related to their businesses so that we can contact them if necessary.

For clients participating in our adLocal network program: ads and content that you share with the network will be displayed in a variety of businesses, and they in return will display ads and content for the other clients in their respeceted networks. We will make every attempt to make sure that these ads and contents will be tasteful and "family-friendly". If there is an ad or content that another client deems unsuitable, we will review and potentailly remove said ad or content.

We collect information for the following purpose(s):

  • Website and system administration- to keep a record of all our clients online.
  • Research, analysis, reporting- this is standard analysis of our webserver logs, and the information obtained is pseudononymous (meaning that it it not tied to a specific individual)
  • Contacting our client for promotion of the site or our rides
  • Preserving ad history as governed by existing law or policy.

Who has access to the information we collect

  • Only our client and the company executives. Billing information is available to Republic Bank and Authorize.net for the purposes of Credit Card billing transactions.

Of the information we do collect, we allow our clients the following access to the information:

Access is given to some collected information such as — name, addresses, phone numbers and images submitted by the members.

Billing and Cancellation Policy

Contract Policy

Contract Lengths – SygnalWorks clients sign up for our digital signage under a month to month contract. adLocal clients are initially required to agree to a six (6) or twelve (12) month contract, after which the contact can be continued at the contracted rate, or a new contract can be agreed to. Contract periods cannot be altered until after the contract ends. Payments – Clients will be billed via email for the first invoice. They client may choose to provide a credit card for payment or pay via check. After the first month the client agrees to submit a credit card for recurring billing for the rest of the contract period.

Return Policy

Services – Our products are services, there is a no return policy on the services provided, with the exception of the "cooling off" period. The "cooling off" period is defined as such: should a client agree to a contract period they have 5 business days from the date of purchase to change their mind, cancel the service and receive a full refund after the Raspi player has been returned.

Hardware – The cost of the Raspi players used for the signage is not refundable, but should a client wish to discontinue the service after the contract period is over SygnalWorks will purchase the player back for the costs of the hardware. If the client discontinues the service at the end of the contract period they may keep the Raspi player with the exception of the SD or micro SD card that stores our software.

Dispute Policy

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these policies will be resolved at the request of either party through binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted in Kenton County Kentucky in accordance with the then-existing rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon any award by the arbitrators may be entered by any state or federal court having jurisdiction. SygnalWorks and its clients intend that these policies are subject to arbitrate to be irrevocable.
